Important - Please Read!

** The time frame specified above for written records excludes weekends and holidays. Images from radiology, EKG's, EEG's take longer to process than written records because they must be prepared by clinic staff and copied to a CD. Once the imaging CD is ready, please allow an additional average of 14 business days for mail delivery time.

Your request for Medical Records is in process. When complete, you will be notified with a Record ID: xxx-xxxxxxx and a Secure Passcode for online access.

When your Request is Ready

Your Medical Records are ready. Go to https://release.vrcnetwork.net/file-portal-login Enter Record ID: xxx-xxxxxxx and Secure Passcode: xxxxxxxx for online access. Note: if you have any complications using a mobile device for accessing your medical records, please use a personal computer with Google Chrome.
